Shipping Terms

At Totli, we are committed to processing your order swiftly. Under normal circumstances, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. However, during busy periods such as sales or restocking, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Our standard and free shipping services are delivered through courier services, ensuring a reliable, affordable, and efficient delivery process. For those who need their items quickly, our express post option uses Australia Post Express or StarTrack Express

Please be aware that we currently cannot accommodate requests to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

In the event of any anticipated delays with your order, we will promptly get in touch with you. If your order is time-sensitive, please inform us by contacting our support team and making a note of this at checkout.

It's important to note that once an order leaves our facility, the delivery timeline is no longer under our control. The standard delivery times we provide are approximate and should be used as a general guide. Delivery durations can vary depending on the courier service and your location, and they may be affected by factors such as peak seasons (like Christmas).

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive within a specific time frame.

International Orders Disclaimer: Duty and Taxes Notice

Please be aware that when a package is shipped internationally, it may incur import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges usually arise once the shipped goods arrive in the destination country.

We want to clarify that these additional charges are not included in the pricing of our products or the shipping and handling costs. The responsibility for these charges lies solely with the buyer. As Totli, we provide the service of shipping your order, but we do not cover any extra charges that may apply once the package reaches its international destination.

As the buyer, it is crucial to familiarise yourself with the laws, regulations, and restrictions of your country. When placing an order from outside Australia, you are confirming that you understand and will comply with your country’s legal requirements.

In the event that a product is seized or destroyed by customs, or if it is returned to Australia, Totli cannot be held responsible for any loss of products or refund of shipping costs. Additionally, if the product is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for any redelivery.

This disclaimer applies to all orders, including both retail and wholesale purchases.

Returned Parcels

We urge you to double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing an order. In cases where your order is directed to a collection centre, it is essential to retrieve it within 5 working days.

If a parcel is returned to us, whether due to an incorrect address or uncollected from a collection centre, we will reach out to you to discuss the next steps. This may include arranging for redelivery, which may incur additional shipping costs, or processing a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not collected in time or are returned due to incorrect address details. The responsibility for ensuring accurate delivery information and timely collection of parcels rests with you, the customer.
