Are the play products safe for my child?
We regularly test the quality and safety of our products. All items including our stains and finishes meet and exceed the Australian & New Zealand AS/NZS 8124 and European CE safety standards. Safety is our number one priority. Please take note of our safety information and warnings. We include information on the ages of children that the product is intended for and recommend checking all toys for wear regularly.
Do you manufacture ethically?
We care about our people and our planet. Our manufacturers are certified as part of the ICTI ethical toy program. This means that our toys are made in safe work environments, and workers are treated fairly, with respect, and with dignity.
Our manufacturers pay workers fair wages and operate ethically. Totli is committed to ensuring ethical guidelines are met or exceeded both in our design and manufacturing process.
Do you operate sustainably?
Our manufacturers are FSC certified, which means that they operate in an environmentally, economically, and socially responsible way.
Our toys are crafted from natural and organic materials when we can, and we are proud to offer a range of plastic free, earth-friendly products.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and all major credit cards.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Where do your products ship from?
Our warehouse is located in Prestons, New South Wales and all orders are shipped directly from us.
Who do you ship with?
Our play products ship carbon neutral with Australia Post as well as a wide range of Australian courier services. We’re committed to helping build a more sustainable society by reducing our environmental impact.
How long will my order take to ship?
All in stock items ship within 3 business days.
During sale and restock periods, orders may take up to 7 business days for dispatch.

Where can I check my order status?
After you submit your order, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. If you need further assistance, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and all items must be new and in their original packaging. We are unable to refund shipping or pay for return shipping costs. Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for return and we’ll be happy to help.
