Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unused and in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Many Totli™ toys are made from natural materials, so slight variations in size, colour, and grain are normal. We use certified non-toxic, water-based glue, paints, and finishes. Visible glue lines or minor transfer are a result of the handcrafted process and not considered defects.

Every product is checked carefully before it leaves our warehouse. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time, and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
